Popular programs
These are our most popular workplace safety training courses
Better Work Environment (BAM)
BAM is a comprehensive workplace safety training program developed by our experts. Our two-day digital, instructor-led training combines theory with practical activities and exercises.
This training provides the fundamental knowledge needed for effective and successful occupational health and safety efforts, as well as the tools to collaborate and work systematically to prevent workplace health issues.
Intended for managers with personnel responsibilities, as well as safety and workplace representatives.
Organizational and Social Work Environment (OSA)
Do you need more insight into how conflicts, bullying, stress, and the work environment affect all employees in an organization, and how these factors can impact every aspect of our lives?
To comply with the requirements set forth in the Swedish Work Environment Authority’s regulations, it is important that managers, employees, and safety representatives share a common understanding of these issues and adopt a structured approach, engage in preventive measures, and follow clear procedures.
Threats and violence
Did you know that employers have a responsibility to prevent health risks caused by threats and violence?
How can risks be prevented, and what does the law say? How can employees be supported in their work so they feel safe in the workplace?
To prevent and reduce the risk of threats and violence arising, or to manage the aftermath of such a situation, clear procedures and a common approach are needed.
Intended for both managers and employees.
