Priorities

We develop a job profile and analyze the challenges specific to the organization and the role.

Together with you, we identify the skills, knowledge, and abilities required, and we also offer insights and new perspectives on how to approach the needs of the role. The world is changing rapidly today, and so are many professional roles.

We like to challenge assumptions and present alternative ideas for how to envision a future role within your company.

Strategic Planning

We take the time to understand your company and the industry in which you operate, which enables us to identify candidates with the relevant skills and qualifications. Your core values and vision serve as our starting point and are the most important factors in our recruitment process.

Together with you, we’ll review the future prospects for this role within the company. This helps us identify the candidates who are best qualified for the position.

Our approach to identifying suitable candidates draws on our network and third-party contacts, among other things. We are also experts in external communications and know how to ensure that effective marketing cuts through the noise.

Attract and evaluate

We reach out to potential candidates to gauge their interest in the role. For certain positions, the right skills may not be available locally, so we may need to look elsewhere in Sweden—or even abroad—and in those cases, we work closely with candidates to understand their career goals and how open they are to relocating.

It is important to us to provide you, our client, with a sustainable solution, which means that the candidate who is offered the job at the end of the process is a long-term solution.

Final candidates

Once the entire assessment process is complete, we present the final candidates we believe are best suited for the position. We also tailor the presentation to your needs as a client (in person or online).

The candidates presented are the most qualified based on an in-depth analysis and evaluation of their qualifications against the job requirements. Sometimes we suggest using logic tests and personality tests.

We’ll work with you to conduct final interviews and then determine what additional steps need to be taken in the process before you proceed to offer a position to one of the candidates.

Complete the process

Once you have selected your preferred candidate, we will conduct a reference check. As much as we would like to look ahead, it is essential to perform a background check to rule out any inaccuracies that may exist. We always conduct a specific reference check that either confirms or refutes what we believe we know so far.

We always offer free career coaching to final candidates who did not get the job. This not only gives them a better chance in the job market but also demonstrates how much your company cares about everyone involved in the process.

We can provide additional assistance during the hiring process, such as negotiating compensation and other terms.

A successful recruitment process involves many steps

We analyze the challenges unique to your organization and the intended role, and identify the skills and competencies required. We may challenge you and present alternative ideas for how you might approach the role, and then work with you to develop a job profile.

A clear and compelling job posting is essential for attracting candidates. We don’t rush the process; instead, we invest both time and effort into creating content that grabs attention and draws up-and-coming talent to your company.

In many cases, having a transparent recruitment process within your company is a major advantage. We create and adapt the external job posting for internal use, which gives your employees full transparency and also clarifies career paths within the company.

Whether an internal job posting should be used depends, among other things, on whether the recruitment process is official or not.

The search for your company’s new talent begins with smart and effective advertising. We’ll post the ad on our website under Job Openings and also highlight it on various free platforms that we believe add value to the process, such as the Swedish Public Employment Service’s website.

We also have access to a wide range of digital and analog channels, where we will jointly decide where to publish the ad. This could include anything from a major international digital platform to the local newspaper.

We’re dynamic marketers who know how to create viral content that delivers results. The ad will be posted on our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram), where we have a large following of job seekers.

We ensure that your ad stands out from the noise and reaches the target audiences you’re looking for. Targeted advertising means that your ad is promoted on Facebook and Instagram.

In fact, a lot of people find their next job this way.

A sponsored post allows the ad to reach many qualified candidates. This means the ad is promoted on LinkedIn, which will result in a higher-quality, more specialized talent pool.

How you’d like the final candidates to be presented is entirely up to you. We’re flexible (available both in person and online).

As much as we’d like to just look ahead, it’s essential to conduct a background check in order to rule out the most significant inaccuracies that may exist. We always perform a specific reference check that either confirms or refutes what we currently believe to be true.

Once a project is complete, we always conduct a review with you, our client. We’re always looking to improve and love receiving feedback—big or small—on how we can do better.

The evaluation is done online and doesn't take much time. We love happy customers!

We always offer free career coaching to the final candidates (up to three) who did not get the job. This not only gives these individuals a better chance in the job market but also demonstrates how much your company cares about everyone involved in the recruitment process.
