Our training programs are designed for private companies, both large and small, as well as for the public sector and nonprofit organizations.
The target audience is often managers, leaders, and others with responsibility for human resources and/or workplace safety. However, it is often highly beneficial for employees to participate in several of our training programs as well.
No, absolutely not. Although we often feel that the training is even more effective when we deliver it exclusively for a single company (since we tailor it to that specific purpose), it is common to have mixed groups with participants from different companies.
The best option also depends on the type of education in question. Contact us to learn more.
Yes, you can! ByHart is an approved training provider through AFA Insurance which means that as an employer, you can receive up to 70% of the participant fee as a subsidy.
The subsidy is calculated based on the total cost of the training when managers, safety representatives, and/or occupational health and safety representatives complete occupational health and safety training through us.
Private-sector companies and organizations that have signed collective bargaining agreements and taken out TFA occupational injury insurance for their employees are eligible for compensation.
We’re happy to help you with the application process for financial compensation. All terms and conditions are available on the AFA Insurance website.
Applications may be submitted up to four months before and no later than four months after the start of the program.
As an employer, you can apply online via the AFA Insurance website. Please note that you should submit only one application per training session.
You will need:
- Participants' Social Security numbers and email addresses.
- Our corporate ID number.
- Course syllabus (which we will provide to you).
- Course dates and cost.
Decisions will be communicated via email, and you will then be asked to complete a survey as an employer and a training participant.
Finally, as the employer, you submit the documentation required for payment (invoicing information and a list of participants).
Compensation is paid.
No, the support provided through AFA Insurance is limited to training courses on workplace safety. Please note, however, that we always require a quote for groups of more than eight people.
