Different types of work environments
The work environment is a key consideration in all workplaces and consists of physical, organizational, and social factors that place high demands on employers. All managers and supervisors must be familiar with how to take a preventive approach to work environment issues.
The work environment can be divided into two parts: the physical work environment and the organizational and social work environment. In the physical work environment, we look at factors such as acoustic conditions, noise, ergonomics, chemicals, and risks in the surroundings where you work. The organizational and social work environment involves, for example, leadership, stress, gender equality, how we interact with one another, and much more.
As an employer, you have a responsibility to ensure that no employees suffer from health problems or accidents as a result of their work. We have extensive and solid experience in working with occupational health and safety issues, and we can help you ensure that you comply with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. We want to share our knowledge and help your organization develop a strong foundation in occupational health and safety, which is why we offer training courses in this field.
We have the experts
The organizational and social work environment places high demands on employers to establish policies that make it clear that discriminatory treatment is not permitted, as well as procedures for addressing such incidents. All managers and supervisors must be aware of how to take preventive measures and be provided with the necessary resources to do so.
We have expertise in addressing discriminatory treatment and understand how important it is to take a proactive and preventive approach.
We support you throughout the entire process—from developing guidelines and procedures to implementing them—and assist your organization in handling these matters by investigating and analyzing what has happened. We resolve conflicts, hold clarifying discussions with individuals, and conduct training sessions and lectures. We also offer support to employees at the organizational, group, and individual levels.
